The Band were formed in September 1997 and are widely regarded as the best band in their price range.

Chillo (Mark Angelini)   -    Lead and Rhythm Guitars/Vocals

Chillo, who's musical influences range from Jimmy Hendrix to Kings X via Rory Gallagher and Stevie Ray Vaughan,  was a founder member of The Carnival of Thieves (later known as  The Carnival). After session work (including classical recordings) and performing at many Blues venues across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire he teamed with Steve, Chris Howard Andreas Moser to assemble a set with a 100% ZZ Top speciality (a passion shared by Andreas who was a fellow band mate of Steve and Chris for three years prior to the Fandango Brother's formation).

As well as his powerful and sensitive blues performances, his standard-tuning slide guitar technique is also one of the best around.

Steve Fandango    -    Rhythm and Lead Guitars/Vocals

South Yorkshire-based Steve's influences range from Gary Moore to Michael Schenker via Stevie Ray Vaughan and Joe Bonamassa. Although he's a passionate rock guitarist, Steve began his live music career playing rock-tinged Blues music  with The Jay Moore's Band (formerly The John Moore Band) who appeared across South Yorkshire during the mid 1990's. The Band specialized in high-powered Clapton-influenced music and gained a reputation for top class blues/rock performances at venues ranging from pubs to working men's clubs.  He is currently enjoying the more Rock-flavoured style of the Brethren's sound!

Lincoln John Roth   -   Bass Guitar and Backing Vocals

Lincoln joined the band in October 2005  (following the departure from the permanent line up of Chris Howard) and has a broad spectrum of musical tastes and styles ranging from Anastasia, through Funk, Country, Pop, R&B, Rock and Blues to ZZ top. This vast playing field has led Lincoln to perform on stage with over 30 bands in the USA. Lincoln was privileged enough to study at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, where he was tutored by the likes of: Alexis Skljarevski (Crosby Stills & Nash), Dale Titus, Victor Wooten, Wendy Hrehovcsik, Paul Farnen (Olympic Symphony Orchestra), Putter Smith (The Beach Boys, Johnny Mathis, Ray Charles), Bob Magnusson (Art Pepper, Manhattan Transfer, Linda Ronstadt), George Lopez (Tito Puente, Cella Cruz, Dave Valentine), Tim Miller and Roy Ashen.  Lincoln returned to the UK with all his experiences and has since played in Blues bands, Rock bands, 70’s tribute bands, Country bands, Soul bands, chart bands and even a swing band.

“I love making music with my friends and entertaining people.  Without getting naked I can think of nothing better!”

Howlin'  Jon Davies   -   Drums and  Vocals

Jon joined the band in April 2006 (following the departure from the permanent line up of Andreas Moser). He has a powerful style and will be a familiar face to many Rock/Blues fans as he has been playing for 20 years in bands such as Wild Turkey and The Blues Doctors (he's still not that old!) He is experienced in many styles of Rock and Blues and his influences are John Bonham, Frank Beard, Iain Paice, Mitch Mitchell and Chad Smith. His claim to fame is having appeared live on MTV Asia with the band 'Flux' in front of 2000 people in Bangladesh!
